Privacy Policy — 100% Client-Side Data Guarantee

Effective Date: November 1, 2026 · Managed by Digitac Solution (Developer: Chandan Ji · digitacsolution@gmail.com)

1. Zero Server-Side Storage of Personal Resume Data

Digitac Solution built the Digitac Resume Builder as a strictly client-side web application. All personal information you enter—including your name, contact details, work history, education, skills, and optional profile photograph—is stored exclusively inside your own device's web browser via window.localStorage. We do not operate a backend database that collects, sells, or mines your resume contents.

2. Profile Photo Processing

When you upload a profile photo, it is processed locally in your browser memory using the HTML5 FileReader API. Your image is never uploaded to any remote cloud bucket.

3. GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA (Canada) & DPDP Act (India) Compliance

Because you retain 100% custody of your data on your own device, you can export your data as JSON or permanently erase it at any moment by clicking "Reset Sample" or clearing your browser storage. For any privacy inquiries, contact Lead Developer Chandan Ji at digitacsolution@gmail.com.
